"Midrange Maestro" represents the long overdue reunion of minds between electronic producer Venator and Cambridge, Maryland’s favorite son, Tim Saunders, a.k.a. Calvin Cambridge.
Born from an instrumental track originally titled "We Used To Look To The Stars", Tim provides a digitally soulful ride through autotuned emotion and comeuppance, backed up by Venator's lush and alive
synth pads, hard hitting drums, and thick as sludge 808 bass.
Alongside an instrumental version, this extended single is followed up with the eponymously flowery, midday, bite-sized summer jam "Peonies".
